   Erick and Ian Holover operate a fourth generation in the auction and appraisal business. Their father and uncle operated the family business which their grandfather started in 1914. Erick and Ian worked in the family auction and appraisal business until the retirement of their father and uncle. Penny Lane Fine Arts and Antiques was then founded by the Holover brothers.
   
   Their services as auctioneers and appraisers have earned for this traditional family business a solid reputation for sound knowledge and fair dealing. Their expertise has resulted in setting up and running hundreds of successful auctions and sales running the gamut on everthing from the contents of large estates to small homes.
   
   The salesrooms, exhibition galleries and offices occupy 815 Main Street, Boonton New Jersey.

   Items are tagged, catalogued, cleaned and presented in individual lots
   
   Catalogues are issued to prospective buyers
   
   An inventory specifying the price of each item sold will be provided to the consignor
   
   There is no charge for trucking, carting or packing.
   
   Merchandise will be transported to our galleries by us
   
   There is no charge for storage on all items awaiting sale
   
   There is no charge for advertising a sale to our list of over 1000 perspective buyers
   
   Auctions are advertised on our website
   
   Photos of highlight items are posted to our website
   
   There is no charge for advertising in such publications as
   various newspapers and trade papers deemed to be
   the best media for a particular sale
   
   Insurance is available at a minimal additional cost

Penny Land will buy a household's entire or partial contents
Prompt trucking service will be provided at no charge
Immediate payment will be made for merchandise purchased
Broom sweep clean-outs are available

It should be pointed out that auction selling benefits the consignor because it is conducted in a spirited and competitive marketplace whter the general public, dealers and collectors gather to bid against each other. Merchandise is put on exhibition before each sale. Sales are regularly held at monthly intervals.

Full house audiences are a virtual certainty because it has always been our well-known policy to completly auction off all items offered for sale without holdovers; and also because of our strong advertising program. We send descriptive announcements of sales to our ever growing list of over 1,000 perspective buyers. We als post pictures of various auction items to our website. We advertise the date and contents of sales in leading newspapers.
